Chickpea Curry

Ingredients :

  • 1 white Onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp medium Curry powder
  • 1 coconut milk
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 2 can Chickpeas, drained

Directions :

  • Finely dice the onion and garlic
  •  Add all the ingredients into the slow cooker, stir and place on high for 5 hours
