Banana choc chip muffins

Ingredients :

  •  2 large bananas
  •  1 flax egg ( mix 1tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water)
  •  4 tbsp maple syrup
  •  3 tbsp coconut oil
  •  1/4 cup almond milk
  •  3/4 cup oat flour
  •  1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  •  1 tsp baking powder
  •  1 tsp baking soda
  •  1 tsp cinnamon
  •  ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  •  

Directions :

 

  • Preheat oven .
  • In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Stir in flax egg, milk, maple syrup and coconut oil until combined
  •  Add in oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon. Stir until combined. add chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into cups, filling 3/4 of the way
  • Bake muffins for 15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown
