Blackberries – Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 200g of blackberries 200 
  • 1 cup of chopped kale 
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup water / coconut water 
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger 1/2 

Directions :

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
