Mango Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 1 Mango chopped 
  • 1 cup almond milk 
  • 1/2 ice cup 
  • 1&1/4 tbsp frozen ginger juice 
  • 1 tsp chia seeds 
  • Honey 

Directions : 

  • Put the mango, almond milk, ginger juice and ice in a blender and add the honey  
  • Blend until there is no lumps 
  • Leave it for 15 minutes 
  • In a cup, put the chopped mango, then add the smoothie
