Potatoes Wings

Ingredients  :

  • 1 kgpotatoes
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  3/4 cup Olive oil
  •  1/2 tsp Oregano
  •  1/2 tsp Paprika
  •   1 Tsp baking powder 

 

Directions :

  • Cut in wedges.
  • Preheat the oven to 230 C 
  • To boiling water add baking powder and salt.
  • Precook 5 mins
  • Add the other spices
  • Shake it all and bake for 30-35 mins.
