Vegan Kofta

Ingredients :

  • 1 chopped  onion
  • 2 chopped cloves garlic
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • 150 g soy chunks
  • 3/4 Cup  water
  • 1 Tsp each salt, cumin, ground coriander, paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp each Chili powder and cinnamon
  • 1 Cup 135 g  chickpea flour
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

  • Cook soy chunks in water with the spices for 10  mins (until the water is gone)
  • Mix with remaining ingredients.
  • Let it sit  for 10 mins.
  • Shape and Fry until golden brown.

Garlic sauce:

  • 1/2Cup 120g vegan yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/3 cucumber, grated
  • 1 Tsp dried mint
  • Mix
