Lentil Falafel

Ingredients :

  • 200g lentils
  • Soak in water for 1 hour, then rinse
  • A bunch parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 4 tsp chickpea flout  
  • 1 Tsp each cumin, ground coriander and salt

Directions:

  • Blend until chunky. Then add the lentils.
  • Blend 3-5mins.
  • Stir it in.
  • Shape into falafel and fry in oil or bake at 200C/400F for 20 mins.
