Vegetable Soup


Ingredients :

  • 200 g vegetables, such as onions, celery and carrots, chopped
  • 300 g potato, peeled and chopped
  • 700 ml vegetable stock
  • Cream , to serve

Directions :

Put the vegetables, potatoes, and stock into a soup blender, and blend

Season, and pour into bowls with  cream  and some herbs.
