Maca Berries Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 5 drops monk fruit sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

Directions:

  •  Put  all the ingredients (except the chia seeds) in the blender and blend until smooth.
  •   add the chia seeds and stir well , Let them soak for 10 minutes and enjoy.
