Chia & Flax Pudding



  • 2 cup of almond milk
  • 6 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • Maple syrup
  • Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)


  •  Pour the almond milk into a glass jar.  Add the chia seeds and the ground flaxseed and stir constantly
  •  Try to take off the seeds so they don’t stick to the walls of the jar.
  •  When you notice that they have begun to absorb water , close the jar and refrigerate it until the next day.
  •  Serve your chia pudding with maple syrup and berries
