Turmeric Milk



  • 1 cup  soaked raw almonds
  • 3 cups  water
  • 1/4 cup chopped pitted dates 
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Directions :

  • Transfer the drained almonds into the blender and add the 3 cups of  water and blend
  • Strain the almond milk with filtration bag,  and pour the strained milk into the container.
  • Add the sweetener, dates, turmeric, ginger, vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, and black pepper, and blast  for 20 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy. 
  • Transfer to a sealed glass jar, chill in the fridge, and consume chilled or warm
