Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:

  •  2 cups organic oats
  • 1 cup  pure pumpkin
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and well combined. Pour batter into loaf pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes
  • Let loaf cool completely , then bread also can be store in the refrigerator.
