Red Velvet Pudding



  • 2/3 cup unfiltered apple juice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup fresh halved strawberries
  • 3/4 cup cacao powder
  • 3/4 cup peeled and cubed beets
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
  • 3 medium peeled  avocados

Directions :

  • Pour the apple juice and almond milk into the blender jar then add the strawberries, cacao powder, beets,  maple syrup, and vanilla.
  • Add the avocados and blend until smooth
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover, and chill in the fridge for two hours to thicken. Serve in individual cocktail glasses
