Coconut Date Cookies



  • 1 large banana, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pitted and chopped dates (about 5 large)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds


Directions :

  • Preheat the oven
  • Add all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  • Using a small ice cream scoop , split the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Press down on the balls with the palm of your hand to form cookies.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden and dry.
  • Let it cool down, should be dry
