Low Carb Cereal



  • 2 tsp sliced raw almonds
  • 2 tsp crushed raw walnuts
  • 1 tsp raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp raw shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 small diced  green apple
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of  sea salt
  • Unsweetened almond milk


  • In a bowl, combine the almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, apple and salt. Pour the almond milk into the bowl, and add cinnamon to taste.
