Dairy-Free Matcha Latte



  • 2 cups unsweetened  almond milk
  •  1/4 cup chopped  dates
  •  2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp natural vanilla
  • Pinch salt


  • put all the ingredients into a blender, and blast on high speed for about 5 minutes, until the mixture is piping hot. Then, transfer the mixture to a small saucepan, and gently warm on low heat for  3 minutes, until hot.
