There are many types of diet that fall under the diet of intermittent fasting, but the most well-known is the one that is based on eating healthy food for only 8 hours throughout the day, fasting the rest of the day on solid food, and only drinking water and some healthy fluids during the remaining sixteen hours of fasting.
